Experience

Laragh commenced her professional career as an Associate with Camilleri Preziosi in 2003 was appointed Senior Associate as of 2008. Laragh specialises in banking, corporate finance and investment services. She was actively involved in advising the Government of Malta in the privatisation of Maltacom plc (now ‘GO’) and MaltaPost plc (through a flotation of shares on the Malta Stock Exchange). Laragh is actively involved in advising various companies in the process of listing their shares and/or debentures on both the Official List and the Second Tier Market of the Malta Stock Exchange and subsequently advising them on their continuing obligations as listed companies. She also advises credit institutions licensed in terms of Maltese law. In addition, Laragh advises both local and foreign entities in the provision of investment services in Malta, ranging from the fund management, investment advice and fund administration to the incorporation and/or domiciliation of funds in Malta together with the the licensing of collective investment schemes in Malta both as retail and non-retail funds as well as open-ended and closed-ended schemes.

Other areas which Laragh is involved in include both international and local corporate finance transactions, intellectual, aircraft and property financing and trusts.
