Experience

Donald joined the firm as a trainee in 2005 and became an associate a year later. He has been actively involved in a number of corporate restructuring transactions as well as the listing of a Maltese company on a foreign exchange. He has also been involved in assignments involving major loan facility arrangements with leverage taken over equity in Indonesian companies in the coal extraction industry. He has also worked in setting up tax efficient holding structures for companies in the oil extraction industry in South America.
