(1) Qualified lawyers
We are always looking for lawyers to join our team in providing a quality service to our clients. We seek to recruit people who have the drive and passion for the practice of law that makes Camilleri Preziosi a leading firm. Working in synergy with colleagues of the highest calibre who already have a proven track record of achievement, and handling transactions for clients of the highest quality, we encourage all our incoming lawyers to work on a wide variety of commercial and financial matters, enabling them to acquire an unrivalled breadth of experience and at the same time nurture expertise in the more specialised areas of our practice.
Prospective applicants are expected to have obtained a high-ranking law degree and to possess strong interpersonal skills and an innovative and commercial approach to the law. A strong commitment to client service is also essential, and relevant experience or interest in one or more of the firm’s practice areas would be considered an asset.
As part of our task to attract the best, we have over the past few years introduced a trainee programme for local 4th and 5th year law students. We attach great importance to training and career development. Our training and development programme, which includes participation at seminars, discussion groups and working groups, allows our trainees to develop the required legal and analytical skills. When forming part of teams handling all kinds of client transactions, our trainees not only gain invaluable hands-on experience, but are also exposed to the demands of clients and have the opportunity of practising the law in real life.
(3) Non-Technical Personnel
We also offer opportunities to non-technical staff. Client demands and time scales require response times which can hardly be achieved without the right support staff. In this respect we are continuously on the lookout for the right people who could properly support our lawyers in the performance of their duties.
