The Partners

The firm's policy of organic growth through the professional development of its people has seen the partnership base growing from four to seven partners in early 2013.

The Partners are directly involved in every transaction handled by the firm, as each of our clients is assigned to a partner managing the relationship between the client and the firm. Depending on the nature of the transaction, the responsible partner will draw on the specialisation of one or more of the members of the firm in order to arrive at a swift and practical conclusion, thereby committing the necessary resources and technical knowledge required to address the client's particular demands. Pursuant to the client-oriented team selection process devised by the firm, our lawyers are able to build a stronger professional and personal relation with our clients, strengthening their grasp of the client's business objectives and priorities.

Associates

The firm's rigorous recruitment policy ensures that only lawyers with the foremost academic credentials are engaged. The firm's dynamism and ability to cope with the demands of the firm's growing client base and range of services are enhanced by the Senior Associates' and Associates' constant exposure to and direct involvement in complex transactions and their involvement in most aspects of firm management and business development, including participation in frequent internal seminars directed at keeping all the firm's lawyers roped in fostering of the firm's development.

Each lawyer at the firm works collaboratively across his or her respective areas of individual specialization, pooling together subject-matter expertise and invaluable experience. The closely-knit organisational structure of the firm enables clients to benefit from an effective cross-fertilization of the skills and specialisations of the Partners, Senior Associates and Associates.

Trainees and Qualified Lawyers

The firm is always on the lookout for the right students to be trained in areas of practice which are rarely tackled in depth during the University law course, as well as qualified lawyers seeking a new career path or opportunity.

We have devised a traineeship scheme based on a balance between hands on experience and formal professional development programme aimed at bridging the gap between law school and professional life.  This policy of investing in more people is what has fuelled and continues to fuel our growth and commitment to our client.
