In the transactional field, we advise Malta’s largest broking house and a number of other players in the insurance market, including insurance agencies, loss adjusters and independent insurance consultants. We also advise the Association of Insurance Companies in Malta and various London-based and continental insurance companies licensed to carry on business in Malta. 

Other work in this field has included the transfer of insurance business portfolios and advising on the setting up and operation of affiliated insurance companies in Malta.
