We act and advise in the area of ship registration and in relation to maritime and shipping issues, both wet and dry. We have worked with specialist London firms, P&I clubs and owners and operators of vessels in transactions involving the sale, financing and mortgaging of vessels, charter party agreements, bills of lading, cargo claims and admiralty law matters.

We also act for container-handling operators, agents and bulk importers based in a number of Malta’s ports, and represent and advise businesses which are involved in international trade and related disputes.
