Experience

Henri qualified as a lawyer in 1989, joining Camilleri Preziosi in the same year and becoming a partner in 1995.
Henri is responsible for Corporate and Commercial Law, Litigation, Competition Law, Media and Telecommunications Law, tax-related matters and Maritime Law. He has handled major litigation and regularly advises on company acquisitions and group restructurings. He is outside counsel to a number of major local groups and often represents public sector interests, including the Government of Malta.

Henri has acted as examiner of final year law students submitting their thesis in the final year of the LLD course at the University of Malta.
