We act for several clients in the tourism & leisure sector, for whom we have provided advice in respect of several specific projects, including acquisitions, refurbishing programmes, as well as general advice on the regulation of the tourism and leisure industry.

In the hospitality sector, our practice includes transaction handling (acquisition and sale, joint venture, development, financing and management agreement negotiations), operational matters (employment, leasing, construction and service contracts), and the restructuring or insolvency of hospitality businesses in financial distress.

We have represented, and/or conducted negotiations with: banks; developers; foreign and domestic investors; franchisees and franchisors; investment banks; and management companies and property owners in compiling transaction documents including sale and purchase agreements, equity and debt financing agreements, management agreements, technical services agreements, IP transfer agreements, licensing agreements, franchise agreements and due diligence reports.
