Experience

Nick graduated as Doctor of Laws at the University of Malta in November 2006 after submitting his thesis relating to the presumption of innocence and shifting the burden of proof.

In 2007 Nick was awarded an LL.M. from the London School of Economics after submitting a dissertation on competition law issues in the Maltese telecommunications sector.

Nick's main interests are in international business, corporate insolvency law, corporate governance and competition law. Since joining the firm in October 2007, he has been involved in privatisations, re-domiciliation of companies to Malta, as well as international and local corporate finance transactions. Nick is also actively involved in contract drafting and negotiating.
