Emma joined the firm as a trainee in September 2019. That same year she graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) from the University of Malta, and with a Master of Advocacy degree from the same University in 2020. In the course of her studies for the first degree she submitted a dissertation entitled The Adequacy of Privacy and Safety Law in the Regulation of Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Emma was admitted to the bar in 2021.

Emma’s main areas of practice are Dispute Resolution and Telecommunications, Media and Technology with a particular focus on artificial intelligence, blockchain and digital assets.
