Joeline’s main practice areas include Corporate and Commercial, Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Restructuring.

Joeline joined the firm as a trainee in 2018. She graduated LL.B (Hons.) from the University of Malta in 2019 and completed the Master of Advocacy Degree at the same University in the following year. She was admitted to the bar in 2021. In the course of her studies for the first degree she submitted a dissertation entitled ‘Data Protection Impact Assessments and Data Protection by Design in the European Union: Integrating Data Protection Principles in Project and Risk Management’.
